Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. ​​

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
All packages are shipped and mailed through USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout once your order has shipped.

International Orders

Flat Rate Shipping: $14.00 (1-5 business days, not including customs processing)

Bri Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are unable to issue replacements or refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email: cosmetics.bri@gmail.com

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the original packaging (including the shipping box)

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Failure to contact us within the 48-hour window or provide the required documentation will result in the claim being denied.

Damaged item claims do not apply to normal wear, improper use, or dissatisfaction with product appearance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For sanitary and safety reasons, ALL sales are final.​ Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
